Table Tennis is Teso College Aloet

Table tennis, also known as ping-pong, is a sport for two to four players. It involves hitting a lightweight ball back and forth across a hard table using a small flat paddle (also called a racket or bat). The table is 9 ft long and 5 ft wide and has a 6-in high net in the center.

Except for the initial serve, the ball must bounce one time on the table before being hit to the opposite side. A point is scored when a player fails to return the ball within the rules. The first player to score 11 points wins the game. In competitions, matches are usually the best of five or seven games.

Table tennis is fast-paced and required quick reactions. Spinning the ball alters its trajectory and limits an opponent’s options, giving the hitter a great advantage.
